Are Bananas Healthy?

Nutrients contained in bananas:

Potassium to help regulate the heartbeat and blood pressure and for brain activity.
Iron to make hemoglobin for red blood cells.
B6 to cleanse harmful chemicals from the liver and kidneys.
Serotonin to regulate the sleep cycle, moods, stress and pain-relief.
Vitamin C to strengthen cells, brain support and make collagen.
Manganese, which also makes collagen.
Fiber to stimulate digestion and prevent heartburn and stomach ulcers.
Plus bananas increase Energy, and have Calcium and Magnesium.
